The RNS today seems to be announced intentionally to speed up the process to outmanoeuvre CA for any action as calling a EGM requires a minimum of two weeks notice and it’s now very tight to arrange by 21/5 ,so we should hear some news from CA by early next week....before the deadline date...

Dyor on CA and RB when faced with similar situations where their investments colluding with bod incompetence or fishy ploys.....CA always sought to force them out to make big changes in favour of shareholders and CA investments...and managed to get a far better deals including an outside takeover...
CA are no fools and their sp today dropped only by 2.44%....
PIs today were running and sold , obviously many stop sell triggered towards the close to push the sp further down...
Some who bought today were gambler like us but I dare to say..shrewd gamblers...
This bod days are numbered imv and expect a few media rumours will probably shed a few views on what’s happening here and the CA possible next moves...
Now as it stands we are pushed to the bottom and the bod dealt their last cards but other players turns just about to start...will see which hands win the day...
I held and not selling as I see future progress from here in all scenarios and in time this current sp will be the thing of the past...

RB is well known in the city and his CV from when he worked as analyst for Schroder's investments to his current position. He had history of calling EGM and ousting bod. He is a people champion and great charitable man linked to big names...
I trust him and his history is impeccable...
So I am staying put and keeping faith in him and he is no fool as some here started to label CA as such..
Today RNS seems to me the start of Hurricane control ,just started..
Obviously Hur was and continues to be a big gamble and holders here knew that for a very long time...and Today’s news were no surprise as the repeated warnings were there by the company RNSs so the clever few here takes no credit..
Let’s see how this debacle unfolds..

BOD are showing their interests are now aligned with shareholders.
This is one important catalyst to reverse the drifting sentiment.

Ok...we lost our gamble...big deal!
We knew about this possibility so it didn’t come as a surprise ..we acknowledged this here repeatedly and CA is still lurking around and the fat lady is still singing...but with hoarse voice..lol.
You lose some ..and you win some and that is what the high risk share investments are all about..

SP looks wearily unsupported so I expect more negative tilts ...!
The reasons for the recent rise in sp has been put in the back burner... MMs/ punters are adjusting their positions accordingly..
Right now we need news of partnerships to reverse this low sentiment...

LL...covidity ,in my investments case here was not the main driver but other valuable products are.
Looking at Covidity which I still think is needed as a vaccine and will be a big competitor among others as it covers much bigger virus subgroup in the coronavirus. It will not be the one and only to help combating Covid19.
Looking at the common influenza vaccines for comparison as an example..there are over six pharmas producing it.
Covidity is a longer game here and even could be bought or sharing technology in partnerships/collaboration scenarios might take place..
So Covidity should be among others but I never wanted it to be primarily focused upon at the times where other varieties of effective vaccines are already available and proven...
Bod needs to show more support for the shareholders in many ways available to them but they haven’t done so ..lately so far. I am quite frustrated with those at the helm from the business point of views and laid back attitudes ..and their none aligned interest with shareholders .
Redmile will sort out those “do little bod “, they are a big driver and business mind with definite plans to execute....my trust in them.

Charts has a sell signal currently..
I am not selling but if sp dips towards the next support of 17 p ,I may start buying again..
No catalyst to show to support the sp...

Universal vaccine as per covidity will not be the one and only, also will take long time to pass all the hurdles of efficacy,safety and approval by regulatory authorities and may expect some setback too. The process is a long one with every pharma. We haven’t even announced the plans of P1 yet!

Other vaccines are working to varying degrees on most mutations and even the weaker ones agaInst the new mutations can be easily tweaked within a few weeks. We can see the huge successes in uk and Israel but the problems in other countries like India is the delay in implementing the vaccination program .
Our covidity will be ideal but one of many on different platforms...
I rather have Sclp focused more or at least equally on our immunotherapy and anti cancer vaccines... as I too think this pandemic will be ending next year..
