This is the higher court on land and only deals with very serious matters be it criminal or civil cases . The appointment of these judges are of the highest calibre.
Without jury then the judge will be the trier of facts and trier of laws...

The market of Friday close of sp just above 1p and not 0.1 p as one would expect if that RNS was the endgame ..

I think by looking at the statements they made in March2021 saying that they prefer to discuss matters in private manner initially but that has failed. Then the market was notified through the rns on 13/4/2021 that CA has increased their holdings by another 2.7% and this was very serious undertaking by an activist fund to do and risk their reputation and bigger financial loss to do such a move without having a solid plans of success to challenge the bod and likely to remove them by calling an EGM then arrange a takeover by a third party which is probably already agreed...
I might be completely wrong of course but I will be paying my price for a risk I am taking in finding the truth and I believe it’s worth it..
CA has nearly 300m shares and they stand to lose more than any and I can’t imagine they would self destruct their reputation in the city....

If you knew so much bad news of Hur then why did you buy 2m shares on Friday after the bad announcement then sold them at massive loss a few hours later?!

Sclp will need partnerships soon and I believe this is happening and hope this will be announced sooner than any expected to speed up their progress and sclp did mention that they now have the funds to look for partnerships with strong position after receiving the large funds from Redmile..
NASDAQ listing is not necessarily positive ....look at mtfb and tils...when both listed on NASDAQ!

We are buying into progress and expectations but not constant hypes...
60p sp my target seems achievable for the short term=6 months timeline ...then we talk later on...

Yes totally agree.
No one can truly predict what will happen next as there are so many dimensions and possibilities to end this saga...though the one option has already put on the table.
People who sold yesterday...are not wrong as they thought differently from others like us who stayed put waiting for the last spin ball to fall in place...where the put their chips on!
Either side are not wrong but we are all in the same position as of late..lost in this gamble ,though some realised their loss and others are waiting for their fate( higher rollers gamblers!)...
We will all soon know hopefully next week if we were fooling ourselves or just won our bet but hardly any consolation to previous lth who bought at much higher sp....

Directors buy into their company shares is far more relevant than their sells.
They buy because they know the state of the business in that company and feel the current sp is not reflecting the value of the company or its prospects.
They sell for varying reasons but not necessarily indicate the state of the business...

I may have to buy more :)

RT...is a world renowned geologist and for the first time ever the FB has been done in UK and proven to work and extract oil from....we can’t take away this from the man..
But he is a disaster as a business and ceo with his style of over inflated self esteem with over drive to prove he is right and didn’t allow other experts to vent their different opinions to his....
It is very sad for him as he sees Hur in the state it’s now...he created his own bubble that exploded in his face and his followers ...stubborn man.
RT is still owning over 26 m shares...intriguing!

It’s the beginning of CA to show credibility of their investments strategy by buying into a company near going bust ! Surely they can’t be so naive to waste millions of pounds throwing it away with no forwards plans....

It is up to us holders to trust CA and RB ...Or those who lost fortunes (sadly).
I made up my mind to stick with the experts who had put millions of pounds and added recently to their investments recently in the knowledge of Hur debacle.....I think this maybe a safer choice..no brainier!
