…it seems from the RNSs this morning which implies that CA must have an alternative plans to the BoD existing restructuring plans. The court will see CA ,a major shareholder ,requisite of removing most of BOD and the enormous amount of private investors sending emails to court ,objecting the BoD plans. The court hearing will most likely be adjourned. This will be a second win for CA and us which results in pushing the sp much higher.
The BoD will be left with two options,either walk away voluntarily or kicked out by shareholders General meeting before 11/6.
The big question is that ..will CA finds and creat a better value in HUR assets? They must do ,otherwise they wouldn’t have gone to such trouble!
Then has CA seen any value in keeping AM or will he be replaced by ?! MrT.
The soap opera continues…and getting very interesting to watch ..

2. Crystal Amber , a major shareholder was shunned by the board and it had to say ''The Guernsey-based fund accused Hurricane’s board of being “both indecisive and obstructive” and labelled its “messaging to market participants” as “inadequate, confusing and poor”. This was in March. The board still refused to engage with any shareholders in complete contrast to companies act 2006.
3. The company is being questioned by FCA currently with regards to their recent announcements and restructuring.
4. The company is misusing covid protocols in trying to achieve this restructuring which is absolutely unnecessary.
