So the company is in a very strong position with its assets to monetise the products in whatever way they feel appropriate to progress the company forwards…

This deal is only in the director’s best interest but definitely not in their shareholders interest…
If they want it all then we can stop them and pull them down with us and let them have nothing…

Sclp has a lot of cash and its current ratio is around 4 …and they can’t just sit on the cash and do nothing ,so whatever they are planning to do with it will strengthen the sp and they are in a strong position with negotiating any collaboration/ partnerships ..
For me this share price at this level is a good buy and any rebound would be quite significant…just imo.

Yes they can and even can sell shares on your behalf without you giving instructions!
You are the beneficiary owner of the share but the shares are registered in the brokerage name.
So you must call your brokers as most uses nominees account…
You can vote online like with HL as in my recent past posts…but if you don’t know how…just call your brokers..

Must vote through your brokers as the shares are registered in the Nominees account..meaning in the brokerage firm name .
In this case you need to call your brokers to vote..

The company (HUR) don’t have your name as shareholder if you are using nominee account like the case with HL.
Only a few brokers used direct name holders on the Register..
Please CALL YOUR BROKERS TO VOTE…AND THEY WILL ADVISE YOU…

We are currently in pandemic (emergency) and people dying every where as a result, and here is a fox ambulance flashing blue lights speeding at 80 miles at 2 am trying to spot the injured fox in the bushes ? Then when the crew finds one they put it down.

I think those people are bored and have nothing else better to do than driving around 24/7 to put down injured foxes….Perhaps you better find them a more interesting hobby!
£100 to put down injured fox!! Too expensive when I can offer it for free..with no pain and instant t kill..!
Then there was a lockdown for over a year and surely this fox ambulance and its crews were not even allowed to drive around to spend this £100….it looks like a scam….Knowlesi be careful…
