..Are a disgrace to the market and they have created much fears among investors in stock market in uk and more towards AIM companies to allow BoD to trying misuse the regulations and shaft the shareholders in the manners they did and still doing….
It’s now between them and the investment community as a whole to trust investing in companies where the BoD are allowed to do what they want without shareholders consideration to such degree….
I am certain the high court is mindful of all this and the consequences it can cause if it approves the sanctions to go ahead…
