It’s a good way to incentivise the employees to increase productivity and growth. The other important is to free cash held to use for other plans..

If you are a medium to long term holders with 10-12 p average with lower shareholdings then it’s not going to affect you in short or long term but if you hold large numbers of shares at much lower average with aiming to maximise short term profits in mind then I don’t blame you to get angry with the BoD ways of shafting your interest in favour of ii…
Starting throwing abuse at others as they have a different opinion wouldn’t add value to your argument but expose your weakness and characters….

Technically if against vote win the SP will go up towards 16p again as no massive dilution will take place in the short term .
I don’t invest in aim long term so trading them for short term max profits, and this is another reason I am voting against..

I know if you take the sp at 16-16.5 p but I deliberately quoted 75k as a compromise of what would be acceptable maybe to both of us.offering .around 13-14p a share, otherwise it would not be a good offer to ii and us to participate…

I doubt we will see a rapid recovery in SP with this massive dilution until the market sees results ..to lose the 28% of sp over two days and expect a rapid recovery to its recent highs is kidding yourself….until the market sees the proof and meat on the bone. The market reaction has correctly adjusted the sp after the cheap offerings with big share value being diluted…
I expect sp will take time to recover its recovery and momentum after the massive dilution….
That’s the market for you and I feel more for people who invested recently over 15-16 p a share.
Go and speculate on whatever you want but these are the real facts reflecting in the current SP.

It’s a great deal with a very small issue that our share value dropped by 28% buy guys don’t get carried away as all went for good causes and sold at discount to the big boys…
So if you have 1 m shares ..you lost £50k of your money in the last two days…or perhaps I got this wrong!

Basically PIs have been shafted then punished by diluting their shares value in favour of ii investors by selling them half of the company shares at 28% discount…
To some this is a fair play and good for us! But we have to wait for the big jam tomorrow!
At least treat all investors equally so you can have total support but selling the SP at 11p is too low for the sake of attracting institutional investments but why can’t be 13 or 14 p if the deal was so good even to ii ..
The way the BoD dealt with it caused a knock down effect on our share value immediately…and we lost very positive momentum of share price …
It could have done differently to benefit everyone…

So since yesterday the SP dropped by nearly 28% and a few here are feeling good about that!

This move has been voted negatively by the market response today with sp dropping to just above the offer price and can see it dropping towards the 11p too…

Whatever we describe today news but no certainty of what it meant we all agree on ,but no negativity there apart from reading it in a speculative way and as the market is always cautious and not clear of what it all meant…it was a field day for the MMs to make money in these circumstances…of weak holders…
Tomorrow will be revealing imo…as I think we will see rebound of today plunge though it may not be to the same sp level of yesterday but I can’t see a further weakness here by the close of tomorrow…
We will have to wait and see…as I might have missed something fundamental here !

Cluelesstim….I agree and that is why I bought as I believe it was worded badly and more like a puzzle for MM and investors alike to figure out. This is surely an opportunity to buy the dip here and tomorrow I expect a recovery of this un necessary huge drop in sp.
This company has multiple opportunities in different countries too and led by very qualified and experienced BoD with long history of repeated successes to progress the companies they were involved in their strategic developments…
Well by the end of this week we hopefully forget about all this!

The occurrence of good gas shows in MOU-1 with evidence of thermogenic gas migration supports in this part of the Guercif Basin the pre-drill geological interpretation for a deep gas "kitchen" connected to shallower reservoirs by large faults.
Based on these positive results the Company will be proposing to its partner to drill the previously defined MOU-4 location later this year to the northeast of MOU-1, and to commission an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) over the prospective area around the MOU-4 location which will also incorporate information from the existing EIA.

It was over reaction by MM and loose holders to press the limit sell bottom…
I indulged myself in well over 300k shares at low entry…
Not much changed here…multiple streams of opportunities in different countries and the company well financed and led by top people at the helm..
So where is the risk here?!
Cheap talks doesn’t make PRD a risky investment as a few are try their best to deramp the sp for a cheaper entry….well carry on waiting as you will not get another opportunity to buy cheap…
