I posted earlier that I bought at certain sp with figures at the time I bought but didn’t put the number as after many trolls falsely accused us of ramping , so thought better not to until barnyards trolled here then I put the numbers of shares to prove the point of my buys….

Go and look then match the timing of both the sp I quoted and the numbers I bought of the same time. I don’t ramp or deramp but FYI …

19.1% of the shares speaks volumes of confidence in PRD…
He doesn’t seem to be bothered with the sp plunge . His interest is strongly aligned with ours…
he stands to lose far far more…
So why are we mourning?!

Currently holding over 1m shares and will continue adding on the dips but as always dyor…I might be completely wrong here but history of investing in this sector taught me to be patient….to profit big..no ramping or advice to buy or hold…just mov.

So where are the negatives here as facts ….NONE.
Sp is massively down lately since the raise and has created lot of emotions here but you will only lose real money when you sell your shares,otherwise is not relevant.
I am quite positive here as there are more than one good news to be expected from different and varied assets…we are backing a few horses here and not only one..

I wouldn’t worry about PRD and today I accumulated large holdings there…they have top management to trust with a newly appointed COO…

Though i3 is a solid investment in spite of our mourning about the latest deal financial structure !

I agreed and still agree with GGG regarding the recent deal of massive dilution. Debt/to finance expanding growth would have been a better option for the stability of sp and the securing debt to finance itself could have given confidence to the market that after due diligence the financial lender approval was to trust i3 management future plans.
Debt is not a big deal when it’s easily managed by any profitable company with expectations of more revenue and fcf after the deal . They could have financed the deal with very low interest at present near the floor interest rate. Unfortunately the BoD decided to opt selling the shares at 28% discount resulting in discontent among many stakeholders and the market voted down the financial structure of the deal reflecting in the current sp because of uncertainty.
I wouldn’t be one to vote for this deal.

So the appointment of COO who describes MOU-1 success together with CEO who already stated the same too …are kidding us and all stakeholders and the market too!!…guys they will end in deep trouble for market abuse and manipulation with prison and career /financial ruins…

I am rather bemused to read that targets are easily achieved to earn options….
I look at in a different way that these targets are the minimum targets and obviously they will try to achieve much higher targets to push sp value up for them in end in a bigger gains. Basically the harder they work the better their options and shares profits…
Targets set is ok and yes easy to achieve but needed to be higher for them to achieve for better gains is they want the sp much higher…
I think it’s a good RNS….and good for us as well as their interest aligned with ours at the current sp and push it higher….
Good option to incentivise and for the company to hold free cash available for further plans…
