I managed to double my holdings here on the gifted dips in sp .
Leveraged up from just under 5p previous average…
The i3 is and will be even more valuable soon and the current sp imv is an opportunity not to be missed and I can see it rising rapidly soon after the 26/7 GM.
It has everything any savvy investor wishes for…
Its products in increasing demands..
Its production is increasing
Low production cost
High margin profits with bullish oil and gas prices.
High affordable dividends from excess fcf
Expanding growth in a much bigger proportions..
Directors holdings are aligned with shareholders interest

The only one little thing I want to see is some change in the BoD to handle this rapidly growing bigger company before we get swallowed cheaply….well just imo

I think both questions suggested are still relevant as they meant to question the BoD authorities of issuing them though I am not unhappy about it but the disregard to PIs by the BoD is becoming an issue for me and many PIs….and obviously the BoD shifting attitude towards ii .

Questioning the actions of BoD by stakeholders including us PI can only be healthy to make them aware that we are not sheep…!

I think the pi has lost its voice here to be quite frank……ii are calling the shots now.
I also think i3 is an obvious target for M/A now…just imo

I believe it will come back in a good fashion…and I don’t take notice of the recent sp declines.
The ceo interest is well aligned with mine and today director sells are not a worry either…

..today sp dip was a gift imo to buy cheap..and if a further opportunity knocks then will consider buying a few more but I have my doubt ..
It is rare to get Technicals and fundamentals so positive in a company…well guys you have both here and in a strong way…this is like buy two and get the third free.

We need to move on….its all discussed and let’s talk on i3 potentials as we will not be able to reverse things now and need to accept it even with some PIs (NO ) votes ..the deal will go through.
I3 is a solid company and its progressive growth is impressive with increasing fcf and dividends..
I am holding for longer now and sp will improve …
Today RNS is another proof of good progress to add on…
Please enough talking about the deal and options and just cast your votes to whatever suits your interest….
