Jester makes a valid point by comparing and contrasting contextual statements made by RNS. PVF would commence flow test on approval from DNR. That approval was delayed by 3 weeks, in itself not problematic, however, the latest RNS states, inter alia, that PVF will not commence such test until further preparation is completed. The salient point is the BOD have misled. Given the 3 week delay in approval, why is the test further delayed? I do not see today’s RNS as positive for the above reasons. The BOD consistently miss stated timelines which unsettle investors as evidenced by the closing price. Harry

Misleading statement exacerbated further by the delay. Shareholders deserve reliable information to assess their investment.

Agree Mukka, Too much political clap trap: we need investor relations language. EG, delayed owing to fact that DNR have requested amendments to the flow test programme which will ultimately result in reciprocal financial advantage: we are working proactively to finalise. Harry

Good morning LT, My correspondence with NF&LAB DNR fills me with confidence in that the obvious requests for amendment to the initial flow test programme are targeted for mutual benefit and, the expedition of assets. Close of business yesterday approval not yet granted, however, it’s not far away. Harry

We can determine from the update that appproval for reentry was as confirmed by the DNR 19 April. More importantly, we can determine that the delay has been caused by the initial/ further production test programme being returned for amendment- “latest version submitted... 17 April”. I see this as a positive where the DNR have very competent technologists and, perhaps have added further reciprocally beneficial conditions to the programme to enhance production and ultimately success. We know the DNR are currently under pressure to realise NFL& LA assets. Harry
