Thanks Angioprime, but tried again there and declined. Its a real pain as I want to get this paid. As yet no reply from MC.

I use pc, and never have issues. Yes I get the code to my phone normally to verify, but they say this service that MC uses is not setup for this so they refuse. I dunno, gonna try bank transfer if they (MC) confirm that's ok. Very weird.

Yes I find it strange, its Santander and they checked the process, they could see it and refused because of this.

Thanks for getting back, I've sent similar info on to Michael so I'm sure I'll get a solution, bank transfer, just need to coordinate.

Just fyi, my bank is refusing to allow the invoice payment, because it states the process is not secure. They want to send me the secret number check to my phone, to allow the payment, but the provider getfeewise is not following this protocol. So they see this as unsafe and decline the attempt.

There is no way round this for credit/debit attempts with my bank.

Is there any other way that allows payment, that is acceptable? Even post a cheque?

Please inform as it will be important to others, as I can see alot having this issue, thanks.
