The greatest investor in history Warren Buffet said to avoid making impulsive and emotionally-driven decisions.

He maintained a patient approach to prevent reacting to short-term noise (or lack of it when patience is needed) , focusing instead on the fundamental aspects of the investments.

The fundamentals with EMH/Cinovec are SOLID, far beyond anyone on the EU continent in the sector.

As we're on the final leg of this relay Im staying focused on the positives:

-Largest & most significant lithium and tin deposits in the EU, of which EMH holds a 49% interest.

-Post-DFS
The development stage will substantially speed up.

-The project viability ensures the funding & development timeline, plus will solidify stakeholders.

-Investment confidence will rapidly increase to levels not yet seen.

-Along with its financial projections DFS then lead us into the off-take announcements, K.C has mentioned many times these being ‘already discussed’.

-Our market positioning, market credibility as the EU biggest & brightest (and greenest) future producer will make us the Apex on the continent.

- Only x3 Projects start in 2024.

- European-Metals (CEZ) is one of those 3 !

- Only United Downs is a fellow ‘extraction & Processing’ ( & incredibly small)

- 2025 shows x2 other small combined ‘extraction & Processing’ project for starts (we have a a clear 12 month head start there)

- 2026 to beyond 2028 and in come the other starters.

Working in in large CAPEX project delivery I can tell you 12 months is a long head start, never mind 2 - 5+ years !

The EU market is going to be begging for Cinovec to come online!
