For any new comers . . .The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD) is highly selective and strategic with its investments, especially in the critical minerals space. Their backing of EMH — the owner of the EU’s largest lithium deposit and planned mine — speaks volumes.

The EBRD acquired 12,315,213 shares through a strategic placement at around £0.42 per share, representing a significant vote of confidence in EMH’s long-term potential. The EBRD would not commit capital unless the project demonstrated clear strategic, financial, and environmental advantages. hold in there, I too feel your frustration, but its like a marathon run for us LTH's, that last mile seems too much and impossible, with the desire to give up, but the hard work is done and the finishing line in sight.

Its odd why there isn't a slow steady rise here, the SP, so close to DFS release, should be well above 20p+ now.

After all, the European Investment Bank own shares at 42p a share, so its easily going to surpass that, they know that hence their investment!!!

Exactly, red tape sure slows things down, but that’s normal. Once the prospectus is approved and approvals are in place, the company will be set to move rapidly forward. So a little waiting now means a stronger foundation and huge upside incoming.

The USA very much dislikes Ursula V D L & the corrupt EU bureaucrats so perhaps ensuring the USA has some control over EU supply chains is a move the USA would see as strategic.

With DFS due in October, the company is on track to deliver concrete, fact-based insights into its 'largest in EU' Li (and significant Tin) project.

In Feb 2021, excluding a much higher Li/Ton price, with far less data and mostly market hype, EMH reached 1.06p

This shows the market responds strongly when there’s excitement—but now, we’re about to get actual numbers. The DFS will provide us real metrics on production, costs, and project potential, giving investors a clear, evidence-backed picture.

Lithium prices have softened since 2021, but solid fundamentals and a verified DFS will reignite the lost past confidence it had, separate from speculation.
