Wow. What a disappointing day.
Probably one of the biggest rallies in platinum and palladium today and our share price down on the LSE and JSE.. new lows.
Zero trust at the moment. Almost 3 months in and zero figures.

The platinum and copper price in rands are touching 10 year highs.
Bewildering why we down today!!

Doesn't Mr. Ollie have some warrants that expire at 15p by April or May? I guess he won't be making any money on those thank goodness.

The fact that "when" our production is normalized, our earnings per annum would be able buy back half our company. That's just insane.

Remember since end of February Jubilee now produces 3500 contained cobalt (1000 tons of pure cobalt metal).

That's earnings of 30 million dollars per annum at current prices.
Then by May you looking at another upgrade to cobalt which should produce 6500 tons contained cobalt.

In total you looking at 1850 tons per annum of pure metal cobalt equivalent.

After the split you looking at over 40 million dollars earnings coming soon!

Seis, do you have any concerns that when the tender for the **** was submitted the price of Cobalt was over $50 000... ? Your thoughts please.. thanks. I guess it depends if profit splits will be percentage basis..

Agree Seis, also buying in now with metals prices at historical low levels (except copper) takes half the risk out of the share price. Forget these naysayers (trolls). They want you to sell so they can buy.

Late last year Leon spoke about adding an additional 300 million tons of copper tailings. He was quite positive we would get it.
Would this be the for the tender of **** ( high copper content that Leon spoke about) that we are waiting to hear the outcome??

One other point is that the technical team are progressing with better even more efficient ways to extract the pgms at Inyoni when he was explaining about the Sunday roast guys visiting the site.

Also in that Sunday roast one of the inyoni managers suggested in 3 to 4 years we could double our Pgms with the same feed. Can anyone explain this and why didn't this come from Leon??

And worst of all, everything he says in that interview is pie in the sky. The facts are that Leon and Ollie have not been able to close out the Northern Strategy ( keeps changing plans) they been in " Advanced talks" for months. This is not how you close deals it's how you lose deals. Now the Southern Strategy is been called the Northern Strategy (expansion of the Southern). Honestly this is making less and less sense. I think Mopani are holding off for a better deal with a competitor. Its actually very obvious now. Always remember until the deal is sign off it means absolutely. Just words which Leon is good at but now he is sounding like the The boy who cried wolf. Trust has been broken. I see a huge fall tomorrow, broken major supper of 10p. Now it's a free fall to 6.5p

Why was cobalt produced from July to December not mentioned? Leon said we would be selling end of December. Yet no mention of Tonage. If we only produced 1200 tons of copper that means we probably produced less than 50 tons over this period..
The next 6 months is going to a guessing game. And guess what Markets absolutely hate guessing games!
Expect more of the same.

600 (employees) x 900 dollars (take home pay) x 6 months = $3 240 000 million + 10% cost to company = Total cost $3 564 000.

Profits on 1200 tons probably will probably not cover this.

18 000 of pgms and 1200 tons of copper is much worse than any of us excepted. These types of numbers put us as a Junior of Junior. They have 600 employees in Zambia since the commissioning. Cost vs value per ton is going to terrible much worse than the previous reporting period.
Chrome prices were down as well and honestly what we making on Chrome should be a crime. That deal is terrible.
We now have to go through the whole process again of proven to Market Jubilee can actually produce 10 000,per annum. It wont be this year.

I want to see the Silver lining but this report is an absolute disaster whether it is down to electricity and water shortages or just plain untold truths by Leon. The fact that we missed the 3000 ton target by more than half and produced even less than a commissioned Roan is telling a different story. The whole time Leon has said how Roan has set an example for the rest Zambia. What a load of hogwash. We produced a shocking 1200 tons over 6 months. Leon is lossing trust fast. And now some mixed up rubbish about expanding the Southern strategy and calling is the Northern Strategy. I'm.more confused than ever.

I see no decisive plan for the Nothern Strategy (only more carrots) which why the now talking about expanding the Southern Strategy. Just like the Eastern Limb Northern Strategy has totally gone into hiding.

By the sounds of it copper production is going to awful these current 6 months with January and February producing probably next to nothing well they do the repairs.
As very long term holder I can only seeing this share going down as I've witnessed many many times over the last 12 years.
Utterly disappointed and even more people here trying to sugar coat this report. I expect a dismal financial report. Nothing in the short term will bring this share up.

IF jubilee announce they will be producing 5000 tons of cobalt by next year I expect an a massive re-rate! Leon has already mentioned this so it's not impossible.
