Quite amazing what Leon has managed to do. We were all hoping that copper would be our saving grace meanwhile he's pulled a rabbit out the hat and now we going to be the world's largest producer of Chrome which in high demand. Imagine when the copper strategy kicks in too. No wonder Slater and the rest aren't worried at all in fact they adding.

With this latest additional chrome deal we will add 45 000 000 dollars to our current revenue.... then +- another 75 000 000 million dollars when we sign the next chrome deal. This will double our current revenue. Market hasn't woken up to this and probably why the interview!!

I also feel that this needs some proper explanation as the Inyoni's upgrade was quite significant. So when we produce 36 000 ounce instead of 42 000 and we actually have a stockpile of PGM rich feed available then there really shouldn't be any excuses. I hope this question comes up.

Same with copper, I really wish Leon let us know what they currently producing per month.

Seis, since you one of the only few sensible ones here please can explain why Inyoni is producing far less than "built for". We have a stock pile of Material so I don't think we can blame power cuts any more because Inyoni works anyway during power cuts. We should be producing 44 000 just at Inyoni alone??

Announcement of Northern refinery obviously delayed because we still waiting for the Government to announce who they choosing to take over Mopani ( which should be this month). For me it's clearly Sibanye and JLP.

Dorfan, my post refered only to reaching 25 000 tons of copper by 2024 as per their website which I believe has been delayed by atleast 1 year or more unless you can prove otherwise.

The fact that we still in the 7s in the second half of the year says a lot. The fact is it now near impossible to produce 25 000 tons by end of next year. We don't even know how much we producing now???????

Earnings numbers won't look particularly grand and after the $2.5 million spent on water and electricity not much left over if anything at all.

January 0 tons ( due to upgrades)

February 50% x 550t = 225t

March 80% x 550t = 440t

April 90% x 550t = 495t

May 100% x 550t = 550t

June 100% x 550t = 550t

Total 2260 tons 6 months ending June 2023

Full year 1149 + 2260 = +- 3400 tons

Producing high grade copper cathode from dumps is such an intricate process that huge amounts of IP and past experience is required. JlP will not be taken out because its a very complex business and without the people that Leon has working at JLP it's a worthless company. I'm surprised by the level of stupidity that gets posted here.

Leon said processing dumps is like working with a chemical set. Every dump is different. It's not a plug and play system If someone else was to buy out JLP they wouldn't have a clue as to what to do. Maybe a partnership but an out right buy out... not a chance!!
