The most important question and I think I speak for most here is.. How were these copper modulars tested? Are they guaranteed to work as you say they are?

Because right now I don't feel very confident only because Leon refuses to tell us why Roan is under performing so badly even 8 months after the water and electricity fix.

I have alot invested here. Time for the truth.

There is only one way to bring back TRUST in my opinion.

Talk through all the projects from 2012 and tell us the EXACT TRUTH.

Leave no leaf unturned. Now will this happen, of course it won't. So what next.. we just believe everything Leon says... I think not.. well atleast the market is telling Leon no more BS!!

I'm really hoping Friday is not just fluff but hard truths... good and bad!

Now the market waits for proof that these copper modular systems actually work as stated.

We have pgms and copper going up which seems to be making no difference to our share price. Maybe it will later.

I can only imagine Leon is hard at work trying to get the commissioning done.

Did anyone notice Twitter has gone silent. I see some people were leaving nasty comments. I guess they not going to post anymore.

I wonder why they still refuse to update their website? Can't be that difficult!

The share price move today is bizarre. Any positive news released will surely give this a boost.

JLP are in a good position to benefit when commodities start going up. Now I'm just as frustrated as everyone else here but there are a few silver linings.

1. We are nearly at the end of rate increases which will be positive for commodities.

2. PGMs have fallen dramatically and there is now a much better chance of them going up rather than down. Risk is much less than it was 3 years ago.

3. Leon is growing production in all our metals which will leed to higher profits no matter what.

4. Idiots like Bushy and his gang always turn up in force at the bottom of the cycle.

5. Mopani could be huge. It's a risk but a good one imo.

6. Chrome can get even bigger.

7. Additionally PGMs concentrate from Chrome process.

No with regards to Slater.... Leon is obviously an excellent salesman as well been highly intelligent and very articulate. He got Slater to buy the majority of their shares at 16p. So well done Leon. Slater just like the rest of us was taken by $80 000 cobalt and $10 000 copper. Remember everyone was talking up cobalt and copper! It was easy to be taken in. BUT and a very big BUT... nothing has changed and these two metals will be in great demand in the future.

The only people that will win here is those with patience.

Did Leon ever mention the profit split for the ROM that will be feed into the new front end of Roan?

I very much doubt it's grade. There would have been a hell of a lot of sample testing before they bought the material.

To me it's the process that went haywire. Hope they fix it for good. Or atleast explain to us what is the problem.

The upgrade shouldn't and isn't a fix for original Roan. The original Roan should be producing 600 to 800T a month. This new front end that they added is for a different type of material and shouldn't be confused with the Original Roan that should be producing 600 to 800T per month lone.

Thanks Mikie, although still doesn't quite make sense to me since these modulars will be placed all round Zambia and I'm sure Leon said they won't require much to keep them running.

I probably just don't understand the whole build of Roan and also these new Modulars. Hopefully Leon will explain clearly how they work. And hopefully soon!!! My heart can't take much more of this.

Can anyone please explain why the original Roan concentrater took over a year to build and cost 10s of millions and producers 3000 to 5000 tons a year while the modulars are a fraction of the price and produce more concentrate and take half the time to build and commission?

That's quite a bit different than the RNS they released not to long ago. So we looking at probably end of January for first copper production out of the new Roan.

Which is why I guess they said 12 weeks instead of 8 weeks.

Roll-out of copper expansion strategy in Zambia progressing ahead of schedule with all long lead items secured for Roan upgrade:

o  Delivery of equipment and on-site assembly scheduled to commence in early September 2023.

o  Commissioning remains on track to commence in October 2023.

So are we still on schedule?

As pgms and probably chrome prices suffer everything is going to hinge on these new untested copper modulars. Lets hope Leon is not full of it. Track record is not looking good.

Well there we go folks... platinum and palladium are both under $1000 FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MANY MANY YEARS.

I don't hink you will find any PGM producer making a profit at these levels except JLP and SLP.

Will the market see this... a definitive NO is my answer. Infact they will be harder hit in terms of share price... nature of the beast unfortunately.

You probably right Mikie on the chrome deal. They probably haven't been able to agree what size slice of the pie they should get. Sometimes it better to walk away from a potential deal or hold off for better days. Just wish it came from the horses mouth.

If and a very big if.. these copper modulars are as good as Leon says they are then the current share price is an absolute steal. Going by what Roan is producing and barely any information why it is not at 600T a month after the water and electricity upgrade it's hard for new investors to lap up these "perceived cheap" shares.

For those who think I'm not fully invested here you are wrong. I've been here 10+ years back in the days of conroast and even back when they were producing their own electricity which they stupidly sold!!

I'm waiting very patiently to see what comes of these new module copper systems. Now remember they still need to be proven on site!! I personally think the market is waiting for results before piling in, which is correct imo.

My frustration is that since I can remember Leon has been criticized for bad comms and always promises to improve.

Yet here we are again... Roan has grossly missed copper output (about 380T a month instead of 600T to 800t) yet he refuses to go into any great detail as to why. First it was the water and the electricity which made sense now that's sorted seems like it hasn't made any difference.

It's obvious this upgrade is to save face, without this upgrade you looking at 4 500T from Roan instead of 8000 to 10 000T. Whose to say these modules will be any different... hence the sell off along with lower PGM prices.. Bushy is a complete idiot but when the company fails to explain ANYTHING properly people like him have an easy time highlighting faults.

I don't mind things not going to plan as thats quite normal when you using breakthrough technology, it's normal but as I said Leon refuses to talk about it. For example the 600 000T chrome deal. How can you be in advance talks and finalizing the commercials then not a word for almost 3 months now and then announcing a 450 000T addition in a bizarre RNS riddled with errors. Other save face imo. Just give us a proper explanation please.

If Leon and the team want try lift this disaster of a share price they should at least update the website like they said they would and add some blady pictures like he said 2 months ago. Honestly does he ever follow through.!!

How can share holders be happy about this.
