Okay, its just that if my memory serves me correctly share price went down somewhat after the last TU, but maybe now these are different circumstances with the offer.

Believe we are due a Netw trading update on Wednesday maybe better to see results first before for a top up?

Price sitting around 362p they are taking the pee!

Surely it must be time to top up first thing if talk's will be around 380p?

I'm no expert but it must be a very risky game shorting stocks at the moment many companies like NETW seen as cheap are lately being the subject of bid speculation on the London market, this is my second in a number of weeks. GLA long term holders.

SP should soon be over £1. Topping up must be a no brainer here!

Thanks Trader, So if worst scenario is that I'll probably have to wait a few weeks for payment of 105p per share then think it probably worthwhile to hang on for higher price. Also if the company reject the offer would suggest the company believe they are worth a good deal more than the offer. GLA

Does anyone know the procedure if the offer is accepted by the company? Presumably the offer 105p per share is what us shareholders would receive once all has been agreed?

These are good results as I do not see any lack of people frequenting the pubs/bars/restaurants certainly in London, everywhere always seems packed! Plus staff generally returning to their offices this should be onwards and upwards from here! IMHO

Hi there Beach, think most invested here probably think this like many other shares at the moment are very much a waiting game. Believe the company is going through somewhat of a transition at the moment with the problems caused in the main by Russia. So lets keep the faith as believe the company will eventually come up trumps. GLA

As with most of the market , shares in general are a waiting game with the problems currently happening across the world. Think though we should be good for a re-rate at some point particularly with the companies consistent solid results, plus there is a further trading statement due next week which will hopefully again emphasise substantial progress the company is making. GLA

After what I thought was an excellent set of results the SP falls almost through the floor. Am I missing something? GLA

2 Shorts have reduced in the last few days down 0.31, more should follow.

Seems the market maybe now has realised how hughly underpriced this share is, has started to tick up nicely after such excellent results.
