For investors and even short term trades the most difficult things to do on stocks are when to buy ? When to sell?
I have in 80% of my stocks left the party too early, seriously on CLP, GST, ARB, 7DIG, DEV Clever, MNO...etc.
I have in 80% of my stocks bought very good at low level and time.
Lets discuss in case of MOS.
Obviously its cheap and very good point to buy at these low level. Some reasons were mentioned in some comments here for example low mcap, recovery stock, new management, no funds required for 1 year, below warrant price. 5 year low price....etc.
So when to sell, don’t do the same mistake i used to do as i have figured out when to sell. For MOS ask yourself one question. What if MOS become like 7dig, Dev clever, ARB ...etc. Obviously different business model, but what if China contract lands, what if revenue increased from £25K to £100K (that’s equal to dev clever revenue) what if signed contract with big global brand. So the key to not sell is always ask your self what if what if ...
I agree could be unsuccessful business but once you do your homework, research, and signs are enough to hold is enough to trust yourself.
I will make it simple. Most gained shares were bought based on speculative. For example dev clever revenue at first year was £100K and we were buying at 3p of £14m mcap. Now its revenue still under £1m, and we are buying at 33p of mcap £150m.
In other words, Saas is working for MOS and contracts are in pipeline so do the mas: October was £9K, now as of April is £25K projects that as of June (includes China) around £50K revenue per month.
So £0.5m revenue for first year is incredible/amazing from one product, so in 8 months time it worth 5x current mcap of 5*£4m as £20m of 1.4p.
Projects that in 2years thats 3-5p in which could give us a gain of 2000% profit in 2 years.
