F Dornod Province.
The company is suing the court for damages due to non-drilling of oil wells in Choibalsan Sum area since 2019.

If for any reason LP is not secured/signed off then what would be the image of Mongolia to foreign investors?
Who is gonna use Heron oil? Government has responsibility. MG can't just sell exploration and refuse extraction.
The herders asking money from miners but they aren't supporting them!
No money should be paid to greedy Mongolian at all. No charity unless we get sth back. 5 years and still waiting.
Zero sympathy. I am sure MB is doing his best, however MG is too difficult to deal with.
'The money is awaiting transfer ONCE THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE GIVES APPROVAL for this to go ahead'
Why should it be difficult to just approve it? Unless there is no willing to do so!
How long excuses can go? How many permits have we had? It is just stupid that MB doesn't speak out and do sth different.
MG hasn't been supportive at all and all MB advance talking hasn't materialized yet.
However I believe he wants LP as much if not more as we want, but his strategy hasn't worked yet.
Down we go again till LP landed.
Government doesn't give a damn about activists unless it suits them.
If the short cut process wasn't the case then shouldn't be an RNS?
However any RNS not cover LP wouldn't be good really.
In a positive side MATD expects to get LP signed before AGM.
The game is still on. It could be any day.
Hopefully we get LP secured before the end of the month.
No more excuses can be accepted.
It wouldn't look good for MG if they are serious about attracting foreign investors.
We have been waiting 5 years spenting over $100m. We have had all sorts of permits. MG should give us the permit now. MG should overrule all the locals nonsense. No ifs no buts. If it were Chinese they wouldn't dare to mess around!
Doc, with all respect we are all a bit disappointed but haven't given up yet that is why we are all still here hoping to make a little fortune I guess. We all are aware that asa LP drops rerate will follow. Till then we have to wait and no choice if we like it or not. However It is a shame that the process hasn't been as smooth as one may expected. Nevertheless the game is still on. Best,
Does that mean we have to wait for another 'LAW' to be approved?
How come there was no such permits needed for petrochina! But there are unlimited laws to go through for MATD?
When it comes to explorations there is No laws/permit required. MATD has spent more than $100m waiting 5 years and still waiting. Perhaps MB should announce (all activities if there is any) stop till we get LP sorted. What is the point winning all sorts of explorations license? Or renewable! I guess lots of us are very disappointed. It is a shame that MG are making every step painful for MATD/ UK investors. Hope we get an RNS confirming LP soon. We all deserve to be rewarded handsomely after years of being patient.
Oil $83. However we can't get extracted any! How many permits have already had?
Apparently not enough. Didn't uk ambassador said good outcome shortly? 2 months for a signature and still waiting.
What is MG excuses this time?
I guess MATD has still till April drilling season start. However we need to get LP confirmed/signed asap to get plans ready.
Hopefully the last hurdle gets sorted by the end of February. Nearly 2 months from the last RNS. I guess MB has been in Mongolia working on it.
