He places limit orders with his broker probably and relies on people selling to fill his order.

For instance he might ask his broker to fill 1m at say 0.7-0.75p and then will bid for stock in size hoping to get sellers. Then those sells will fill the buy order and the broker and mms make their spread and commission.

I might put a FOK order in and see how that goes.

At least PYC is up 80% from my buy in recently. I think when people cotton onto DMTR we will see a similar pattern emerge also as they look for read across value.

The mms are bidding near the mid price for stock so they are either desperate for stock or they are filling a buy order.

Have a look at the trading pattern today. Sells are followed by buys as the sells are filling those buy orders.

Sellers are good, you need them to fill buys.

I’ve been doing some diving in our CEO as some might not realise his involvement with other co’s.

He is a NED at Open Orphan capped at £72m.

Both shares have 4 bagged off their lows bottom to top this year.

Read up on what both co’s say about him as he is obviously well respected, well connected and seems a genuine guy.

I know DMTR have said they would look at acquisitions themselves but it wouldn’t surprise me if the end game here was in fact DMTR being taken over by one the bigger players, considering their technology and IP.
