Let’s hope for the best, you can’t trade otc stocks on HL online but may be able to over the phone. Is anyone else able to trade otc using their broker ?

You can still buy and sell a de listed stock , it just will no longer trade on the main market. They are probably hoping for the sp to drop during the de list so they can buy back at a more reasonable price . OTC stocks don’t have as strict rules and regulations as main market stocks ( buy back being the 52 week high). That said I like the company and think they are delisting to better the company and IMO they will get a better deal selling or buying back after de listing, which could be their plan. That being if they want to fully go private. The truth is no one really knows what’s going to happen but I have read some good educated guesses and imo there is more likely a profit in the near future for myself.

I am purely in this because this company is de listing with no serious Financial problems... does anyone else smell a buyer or buy back ?? GLA, feeling this is a lot less of a risk than most make out.

Finster, annoying isn’t it having to ignore it in the daily ups and downs, and yes it is painfully slow at times. I have to keep closing and reopening the app because it won’t show me live prices. Im planning on emailing them about trading otc stocks, their customer service is great that’s one good thing.

To be honest I too have never been involved in a company going private , IMO this company is going private for the good of the company and I want to be a shareholder in that. I need to look into if I’m able to trade OTC stocks with the broker I’m with (Hargreaves Lansdown)

With less regulations being an OTC stock announcements will be less public so who knows.

I topped up also this morning, just a small amount.I feel good about this company so the delisting to me just gives me more of a bargain.

NC, I believe an offer can be made after de listing , as you will still own a share of the company that can still be bought and sold OTC. In my opinion if this company wants to go private and they are not going into administration. (Which as far as I can see they are not). Then I think they have something up their sleeve in the sense of maybe a buyer..... go private... people sell .... SP worth less .. they do a stock buyback, for a cheap offer as there are a lot less governed rules on the OTC stocks. Then they sell the company and make a lot more than selling it on the main market with more shares outstanding.... they won’t be buying my shares back though not for under a penny anyways. I’ll sit back and wait this one out.

Yes, NC I am sticking around hoping for that also. I think it will be a short hold for us all after de listing.

What’s everyone’s expectations for after the delisting ?

You can now, earlier today wouldn’t give me a quote to buy for a few hours and A few days ago it wouldn’t give a buy quote from 11am until close. Strange , low float I know. I’m thinking maybe that’s why they have tightened the spread significantly , a market has been created so people can now buy and sell easily.

It does baffle me when you can’t buy but you can sell easily.

Not much going on today , just a sit down and watch between now and 23rd of June , could go either way.
