The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Strange one this.
Once again after looking like it would break 3p it now looks like retesting lows next week.
I have no idea why but this does look broken.
Is it just an aim thing or is it something else?
Shareholder value is not exactly blowing the doors off .
You could say that the wheels have fell off .
I would appreciate anyone with an inkling why as I don't have the foggiest idea.
Now almost $85.
Brent over $80 just now .
Not sure how many sausages that is ?
Dusterman that did make me laugh lol.
It's looking good value again and if they manage 3000bpd this could be turning back around quite quickly .
Just a little patience?
That is only one of the things required in spades in here.
If the deadline is missed there will be no prizes for those guessing that this will be sold heavily because it will be .
Things looking a bit healthier here .
Support at the 2.30 area held and buyers seem to be returning.
Zak?
Well there is a kiss of death right there .
Oh come on people .
You were warned about this .
My conscience is clear .
Trading patterns and a confirmed downtrend.
Directors selling .
Cheerleaders won't pay your mortgage but they could cost you your house .
I have noticed someone complaining about the London market and it being unfair to UOG .
Really?
UOG was listed on the FTSE .
Ask yourself why they decided to move to AIM.
We are all agreed that something isn't quite right here yes?
I would really like some clarity on why .
Rather than the reason being stupid sellers that don't recognise value .
In my opinion it has to be more than that .
I'm prepared for the inevitable abuse but please be constructive .
Is this the most paranoid board on LSE ?
You can't even have a differing opinion to the happy clappers .
Pull yourselves together please as comments like that are just embarrassing.
I have no agenda I just post what I see.
Why single out 3p? 2.8 there is some support then if that breaks I think 2.2p.
Why? I have no idea why this keeps getting sold off but it's happening and as I have said before some people know why .
Maybe that's why the directors are treating these shares like hot coals and want them off their hands or refuse to buy them with their own money?
One thing is certain and that is we will be the very last to know why.
Are you sure you can read charts properly Greg?
This is in a confirmed downtrend and at the moment it's heading much lower than where it is now .
I did notice you got back in again and maybe you got back in again too early ? You have been in and out of here that often it's hard to keep track of it Who knows though .
Best of luck with this.
I have tried telling them how it is and what will continue to happen.
Reason for that is they can position themselves accordingly.
This trading action has not just been happening recently but probably since this company came out of suspension .
Some people know why this is happening but we can only guess.
All we care about is the share price and that isn't happening is it?
As I said before guys . Cheerleaders and happy clappers won't pay your mortgage, well in fact quite the opposite as they will probably cost you your house .
Veneto UOG looks like a trading share .
Any news will be sold hard and that's if you can because the market makers figured that one out .
Not as many sticky holders as there was in uog probably because they see themselves getting locked in .
He is the CEO .
His job is to sell this company to you .
So being upbeat and positive means nothing really.
The only proof we have of shareholder value is the share price.
Cheerleaders and happy clappers do not pay your mortgage.
We have had the news that we expected to drive this forward .
The reaction today said all we needed to know.
Once again I can't help thinking that Jamaica getting closer to 5 months away and funding for that could be hard to find .
So where does it come from if no farm out ?
Some will say of course there will be .
You don't know though .
You are only hopeful.
It should be a concern.
The bod will not lose if they place a lot of shares .
We all will lose and not them.
Aligned with shareholders ?
Hmmm I don't think so.
The market can be irrational for sure.
The constant selling of uog has to be for a reason .
Something is off with this but I personally can't put my finger on it.
I get the impression though that some people know why.
Maybe one day it will all become apparent.
The vast pay rises here compared to ' shareholder value seem miles apart and getting wider all the time.
The cheer leaders can cheer all they like but the proof is on the top off this page with a falling share price ....again!
Levi many thanks for being the voice of reason on this board . Sometimes I think it's like a sequel to one flew over the cuckoo's nest .
I'm sorry people but that seller has one objective and that is to sell.
Not to keep the price down but to shift them out.
The question you should all be asking is why and what does he know that we don't .
The first and only conclusion always seems to be that the seller is mad or clueless.
Is he though?
If there were better offers than AA then the board would have taken them already .
They didn't because there wasn't .
So how many shares would they have to issue to raise £40 million?
