Interim results stated $5m in cash - can burn thru this v quickly. As I said makes no sense.

If the future prospects of the company were so strong why would they be returning cash to shareholders - surely these funds would be better deployed for expansion / share buybacks. Makes no sense whatsoever. Obviously the market agrees given the modest price appreciation today. Yet another f up by Carver.

Assuming the data on LSE is correct there hasn’t been a single Director share purchase since January 2015. I’m not very good at numbers but I think that’s 8 years; 2,920 days; approx 70 thousand hrs; 4.2 million minutes & over a quarter of a billion seconds. You don’t need to be a genius strategist to digest the implications of that.

KK I really struggle to get my head around handicap of 24 - on average you are going round a course shooting 95 - do you really get any enjoyment from playing so poorly ? My first ever handicap was 11 and then I got cut to 7 after winning a comp only the second one I entered at second (that didn’t go down well let me tell you). I got down to 3 but got disillusioned as couldn’t improve any further.

Anyway good luck on your retirement plenty of time to get the handicap down !!!! Single figures would be a start
