Jagadish it may come as a surprise to you but guess what you are actually allowed to change your opinion on a stock. In fact having a flexible mindset and admitting past investing errors is extremely healthy as opposed to the pigheadedness many exhibit on here. You only have to look at the long list of the dearly departed I shared yesterday to recognise this.

Uncertain again taking everything too literally…. . A hedge is a trade that is made with the purpose of reducing the risk of adverse price movements in another asset. So by selling a 50% stake in a stock you achieve that objective.

This is a classic novice investor post…. Always always a binary decision sell or hold. How about sell 50% to hedge the position - amazes me how this simple concept seems so difficult for numpties to grasp.

Not sure if you live in that area but if so you will recall that during last year’s heatwave it was the coolest part of the UK and where I made an audacious escape to to avoid temperatures approaching 40c. First time I’d ever been to that area and was seriously impressed. Just one negative the locals seemed a bit stuck in the dark ages with some odd views - sound familiar?

Pdub take a look at the 3 year chart…..there’s you shallow conclusion: 1) Debt overhang; 2) Geopolitical Risk; 3) Limited if any battery storage demand; 4) Impaired Assets; 5) Disgruntled workforce; 6) incompetent leadership etc etc etc

Just for balance given the risks involved the SP seems a bit toppy. Never a bad thing to have opposing views to facilitate an orderly market as long as stakeholders remain respectful of one another.

Of investing in this outfit over the past 5 years has been astronomical - I wonder how many of the diehards factor this into their investing decisions. Answers on the back of a post stamp please :)

Do you think this would be trading at 5 pence given the recent V price increase if there wasn’t something catastrophic brewing in the background. Wake up ffs.
