We will see.
I have no crystal ball, but that’s my opinion ,and I think this is a big possibility sometime soon , and I’m also not relying on this outcome.
A common sense solution will prevail after all the dust settles
The next target is going to be pantheon res.
They will release news soon on results of there drill, which neighbours the 88e site.
A wise move might Be to buy some of pantheon res shares before the herd comes calling there too. It Does not take too much research to see what might happen. If the results are good
venture
Overreaction today both from investors and 88e just shows how nervous investors are at the moment . Good news though talking to US land lawyer friend today. And absolutely be assured 88e will be ok And as others have already stated 88e already has permits and permissions .unless dw is not telling us something the keyword is NEW . This is not new drill or new application .

Adding Pantheon’s well, Talitha 1, to 88 Energy’s two wells will bring the number of Alaska North Slope exploration wells in the 2020-21 off-road season to three; or as many as seven if ConocoPhillips resumes its delayed exploration program.https://www.petroleumnews.com/pnads/221095617.shtml

From Dave Wall's Proactive presentation (with thanks to my speech recognition software which clearly needs tweaking:)
"The question was where is the oil and what we think we have the answers. The oil did not flow. However, it still there. So why did that happen? There's a number of different theories on why that could be. A lot of that is related to the burial history of this area. Uplift and then been buried again. Twin hydrocarbon generation events on multiple charges, one potentially more gassy than the other. However, if we were to stimulate this reservoir, we predict that we would be unlock the liquids as well. This location is quite tight compared to some other reservoirs. All this is something that we find very encouraging."
In the next 4-5 months 88e will be trying to raise more money And this means more share dilution to pay all the extra directors wages. Mark my words there is nothing left in the tank Here just going over old ground the top geologists all agree The last drill was a dud and no point in continuing. Now watch 88e try and tell everyone it’s worth another punt horizontal etc who will fall for it this time
