Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
The search for a new CEO is well advanced with a final shortlist compiled/a preferred candidate identified.
It has taken them most of 2021 to get this far. Are they seriously trying or if a bid is tied to the releases of the revised PFS maybe they dont need one???
Any LTH's still on here are still invested for one very good reason. There is still a slim chance of upside, which is a multi-bagger from where we are now. Also the downside risk is getting zero, which isn't that far off where we are now. So why bail out now? Stay invested just in case. Simples
If anything of real substance was going on, I hardly think we would be given clues or fed snippets of news. I understand the lack of trust but I do not believe it could be any different. We stay invested till the end as the upside potential is huge. The downside risk is lose everything. For me that's a 6 figure sum so I do know what I am saying. I can't afford to lose such money, but after 12 or 13 years invested, I can't risk missing out. So I stay till the end. After all, we got a new Nomad. We have the LOI's all extended. Not massive progress but we remain where we are. GLA
This is my third. Not a record to brag about, but with each one, as the sp lingers way down on any amount I might deem worth realising, I have stayed to the bitter end. Or is it?
I've checked the wording on Polo's delisting and it says "they failed". I've checked the wording on Frontera Resources, which was even less focused on the appointment or otherwise, of a new nomad.
The wording here states they are confident they will get a new one.
I assume there are rules around what is traditionally used in these notices. Has anyone ever seen this and if so, what do those suspension notices say? Are there any other examples' where they are confident or a new nomad appointment, and if there are, what happened next???
Better to research than just sit twiddling.

Sounds as if they would not be able to advise a replacement Nomad has been appointed until after Jan 6th. It gives me confidence, but not a huge amount given the circumstances, risk and Pol.
Thanks Stokes1610.

Just chatting, so don’t have too big a pop.
I think 12 months ago, the majority of us PI’s thought 2020 was going to be transformational. It wasn’t. Although we have seen huge progress in terms of the perceived value from the some of the other prospects, Alpala has largely stood still and most importantly the share price has under-performed by let’s just say 50%. It should be around 55p, let’s say and its around 36p, so for arguments sake, let’s say that this is hugely disappointing whether you are in for the self-mining long term project, or you are in for the take-over short term windfall possibility.
The AGM has shown that all is not rosy at the top of the shareholder tree, and all because NM doesn’t want share dilution and the big 2 obviously do. Other than that and the failed takeover offer to Cornerstone which obviously meant they would vote NM out, what are the prospects for Solgold going forwards?
I cannot see Newcrest and BHP sitting as shareholders. They are both mining giants and whilst they can’t afford to see one of the largest mining prospects in hugely desirable copper proceed without them, where will these 2 be in 12 months time?
I can see 1 cashing their investment in, and NCM has to be that 1. They have no Board rep and with the Chinese knocking at the door, I think 1 scenario is that NCM will sound out a buyer for the holding and leave this to BHP / Chinese.
How can we PI’s see real value growth in our shares, so we are not yo-yoing between 28p and 38p? Surely 2021 must now become the transformational year that 202 wasn’t, admittedly covid has played a part but the Franco Nevada deal has happened and where do we go next year? We have to assume we are mining Alpala and we have to convince the market that we can raise the finance for the capex and set up and then the discounted NPV will start to be seriously considered. The other tenements will see plenty of drilling and RNS updates, but will this be transformational enough next year? I for one, do not think so.
Thoughts / visions / expectations???
