Is this reasonable?31 Oct 2015 07:11
Lets for one moment assume that the current BoD live up to their track records and reputations.
Let's also assume that since there is a QC on board who was sitting at the table during the AGM, agreeing with everything that was stated, they are not the liars and deceivers that some here would have us believe.
If Dec 2 is the expected court date (and dont listen to BS's BS....there is NO requirement to set a time for this hearing so far in advance as Stefan Borson confirmed at the AGM), then the EGM to approve the Capital Return and any other associated motions such as capital reduction, amount & methods will need to take place two weeks beforehand to allow time for the Court process to kick in. Let's say Nov 18th.
We then need 2 weeks notice for the EGM which brings us back to Nov 4th (Wednesday).
Does it therefore sound reasonable to expect news on or before then?
Good luck with your shorts, BTW.
