The likely basic claims against CEG are large...
and the consequential losses claim is enormous...
we have all read the numbers
As the matter may well now be litigated,
I will leave folk to their own private thoughts as to HOW it might be resolved
((There is no point if I speculate about it on here
but suffice to say I think it could be massively $$$ enhancing for PRD))
Turning to the inimitable Wackmeister and his tweet of this morning...
the one that made me reach for the booze...thanks Wack
As I pointed out in my TT tweet yesterday...the numbers ARE indeed enormous
Of course...Wack's numbers appear off the scale
but I would like to leave you with one thought:
His math analysed the paragraph of yesterday’s RNS that dealt with the 850k recoverable oil
At $12.8M, it obviously equates to $15 per barrel ... 50% net profit.
But...
Then multiply by 100MMbls = $1.5 BN
Consider that we had a pilot of 6.8mmbls
So 100MMbls split over 6 projects is within very real reach
Sounds big...it is big
BUT here is THE thing
There are about 1.5 BILLION barrels recoverable ONSHORE via co2 EOR
Who says that?
the T&T steering committee.
And that is ignoring the far bigger resources offshore
that again might be suitable for CO2 EOR
My view...FWIW
PRD has accelerated WAY beyond the more limited CEG deal...
this is now likely to be a very valuable part of our business going forward
I told everyone of my view of Lonny and Paul
You are now starting to see what I meant
LOT more to come...
