When I started it...not if substantially the whole of the economic value of the asset was not payable by the lessee during the primary (certain) fixed period of the lease...

all you need do is to consider a large asset ...ship or aircraft or mainframe computer sheds...data centres(!!!!!)

and the fact that the asset will retain a substantial part of its original cost ...value...
after the primary lease period

Now...'off notes' was a bit harder!

I financed almost every leisure centre in UK...mostly comprised of fixed plant and machinery...which attracted 100% first year capital allowances...

Those who try to post intel that they have gathered through their own sleuthing...news combing

Those who lob in unintelligent drivel...
