Do you actually read posts? I was not in any way comparing RR to RMG as a business, but rather stated that workers at such companies can tend to be over reliant on that single investment due to long term employment coupled with incentive schemes. I knew several people who had vastly unbalanced exposure to banking shares due to having worked long term for RBS and accumulating equity over 20 years. In truth they would have been better off with a more balanced portfolio. Same goes for RMG where, for a lot of employees, this will be their only investment in equities to date.
