The fund raise has been cancelled and they are delisting from AIM

I am getting a little concerned that the takeover will collapse with the recent fall in price. June was a long time ago and the December RNS said the completion should be in the 1st. Quarter '24.

Anyone else concerned?

Please give me a degree of intelligence! I do know the difference between Newcastle and RB prices, but I should have made the point that the largest users of coal are in Asia and Australia is closer to Asia than Africa. Why would Asia buy from Africa when they can buy at a big discount to the S.A. prices although a lot of Queensland is flooded at the moment. This will go away. This scenario adds to the reason TGA price is falling. Do you agree?

Edward, I apologize for not replying yesterday evening, but I was playing Bridge. The website is tradingeconomics.com/commodities. Here you will find a plethora of prices for hard and soft commodities. Click on Coal which will then reveal the present situation summary. Yesterdays price was $221/Ton. For other readers, it is indeed the price in USA dollars, which presently equates to approximately £180/Ton.

The price of coal on Friday (10th) was $218/Ton. Last Feb (22), it touched $200/ton. This slide from $360/Ton has happened in 3 weeks. Warm weather in the Northern Hemisphere is a contributory factor together with falls in other energy prices.
TGA has a lot to do to reverse its present price decline.

The message in the final paragraphs of the report puts the cat amongst the pigeons:-

I am a shareholder and concerned why the report was not posted until the close of business yesterday.
