We know that Roland has known for months that no rig has been booked. We also know that he seems to have accepted that the rig for the new well won't be until September. Plus we know that he has agreed to changes in the WP. What we don't know is what those changes are and why the heck they have been agreed to.

I can't blame Briana. Obviously Roland tells her what she can or can't say. At the risk of repeating myself ad nauseum, I don't understand how he can justify withholding information that shareholders have a right to know.

I yet again emailed Roland and Briana expressing my surprise that there had not been an rns detailing the changes in the Farm Out agreement as indicated in the Selan results last week. Also reminded them that it is now 2 weeks that they told me they were working hard on an update.

I received a reply from Briana saying there was currently no news to update on.

Totally baffled as to how Roland can think it's ok not to tell us about an amendment to the farm out agreement that's been agreed to by Selan and Syn.

When Roland joined in June 2021 the sp was 0.23.

It is now 0.185. A decline of 92%.

changed ? In particular what the WP schedule now is? Also, if the schedule has changed, why the heck have they agree to it?

Sausage. I did that 8 days ago and all I got was that they were working hard to get shareholders an update. They must know the exact position so what the hell is stopping them?

If an amendment to the farm out agreement has been agreed by both parties, why on earth hasn't there been an rns to that effect? OK, they have told us the first well wont now be until September but it seems there is more, with the drill programme now being staggered over goodness knows how long.

Not sure it would even be possible to troll something as dire as this.

A*rsenal. The 18 months to complete the jv started on 1st August 2024. That takes us to 31st January 2026. Then we are are told that it can be extended to 24 months in "certain circumstances"

whatever that means. That takes us to 31st July 2026.

Like I said, I tried to no avail to find out more by email. Apparently there is a lot going on behind the scenes. Whatever.

Hi Euston. The point is that as usual we are totally in the dark. If what Selan have done is not allowed by the contract it is indeed shocking of them. However, if it is allowed by the contract it is shocking of Syn for agreeing to such a contract.

Can't help but wonder what holes are in the contract that allows Selan to behave in this way.

There's a lot more we could/should be told about what the schedule now is. When is the WP now expected to finish? You'd think that 31st January is completely out of the window. Has the 2 years to finish in " certain circumstances " been

invoked ? If so, why ?
