That's only a month ago. What has changed in that short time ? If we were really that close to drilling, ir even with a few more months delay. why throw in the towel now? There's got to be something they haven't told us.

It's a bit much to say "The terms agreed with Selan reflect a compelling valuation relative to our current market cap".

That is true but you could also say " The terms agreed with Selan reflect a share price of around a third of what it was a year ago".

The thing is the rns starts by say the HoT has been executed. Further down it says the cash will be paid when it is executed.

You'd think that means it has been paid.

I hate to say this after all these years of ups and downs and hoping for the best, wouldb be to announce that once all the money is received after 18 months to to two years, the company will be wound up and all cash returned to shareholders. That way, I think we could be sure of the sp rising to 0.05 to 0.06.

The only thing I can think of is it he is too embarrassed to talk about this total balls up.

Also doubt we will ever know what really happened here. We were told the deal was that the WP would be completed in 18 months and probably 12 months. So the question is were there not intermediate goals about happened in say 3,9,6,12 months etc? Were there loopholes that allowed Selan to do what the hell they liked?

Or did Selan just ignore the contract knowing Syn didn't have the cash or time to fight it?

VF. They don't need to find anything. They know the gas/condensate is there just as Syn have done for many years. It has always been a matter of getting it out at commercial flow rates.

Yes haddy it was a very simple calculation. I read the rns in full sitting on a viewpoint on a hill in Cornwall. Took a couple of minutes. It went 14 million usd is about 10 million quid, market cap about 3 million quid. Can't be right. Quick calculation om my phone gave 3.5. Didn't want to post on my holiday so did it first thing today.
