By my reckoning the 180 days exclusivity period expires on 31st December 2025. That is exactly one month before the end of the 18 month period within which Selan were supposed to complete the work programme. Coincidence ?

DP. I was referring to the usual way of expressing a divide as % of the sp. The yield, I suppose, although hardly appropriate for a one off payment.

50% of today's sp would give a dividend of 0.011p. Multiply by 15.57 billion shares and the cost is £1.7 million.

How much of a dividend is realistic. Just as an example. At the current price, a 50% dividend would cost around £1.7 million. Of course this is Syn so we are bound to be disappointed. Even that would barely put a dent in my losses.

DV. In order to produce a bag they'd have to give us at least three quarters of the cash. Not likely.

Wouldn't hold out much prospect of a farm out Crusty, given that they've been trying to find someone since May 2024.
