It's a farm in deal so KOD percentage is exceptional. Typically with such deals the company ends up with 10-20%. You really don't have any idea.

I doubled up last week following the news. Only to the amount I held before, but sold when things were not looking as promising. I'm quite heavily invested now and would only topped up if the sp dropped due to profit taking, which is possible as some people will take a quick profit regardless of potential. I've been investing for more than 20 years now and recognise the chance to make a life changing amount of money when it comes along as I've done it a few times in the past.

It's a stupid and pointless post by someone who obviously missed the boat. There has to be due diligence and process with any deal and to imply that the deal might fail is misleading. Clutching at straws whilst drowning..

I'm 300k down in the last 6 months and it stings. My own fault for taking my eye off the ball. You have to try and ignore your feelings, grit your teeth and carry on. Luckily I have been through it before and averaging down has always proved the best strategy for making back my loses. Reading some post on here it would seem that house prices have crashed but they haven't, they are still rising. Unemployment is low and as long as people have a job they can work through any short term financial pressure. I don't see a house price crash any time soon. The only way to recoup your loses is to hold and buy more when you think the bottom has come. Looking forward to November's update.

I hope it goes down to 1p. Best price to buy stock. Once you're in just keep averaging down. It's the best strategy for making money, as buffet says. Look at the data and compare with previous years. Divi looks safe at 235. Possibly an institution selling which gives pi's a bargain. This is double your money in five years IMHO.

I will just keep averaging down every 200. It's a strategy thats made me a lot of money in the past, as long as the fundamentals are sound.

Taken the plunge and will average down if it falls another 100. Divi looks rock solid.
