That was an accusation levelled at him by the CWU. No reason he had to reside in the UK. It was the vitriol from the union that contributed to his departure, in my opinion.

It's been a couple of years now since I retired but if I recall correctly the sprung sleeves worked fine for sorting out of and the plastic sleeves worked fine for the PSM. So here's a radical idea, why not use the sprung sleeves for manual parcels and plastic sleeves for mech?

The sick pay part of the new agreement will see massive savings. Most of my colleagues saw their sick entitlement as an extra 23 days a year leave, all without needing a sick note. I would never do that of course.

Pointless striking again. No better deal to be had just more money down the pan. Take the deal, get the company back on its feet and then take a share of profits as per the deal.

Option A is to vote yes and accept modernisation and a pay rise and a share of profits.

Option B is to vote no and go on strike and lose money with no pay rise and modernisation happens anyway.
