If there is a frenzy to by proven resources, I speculate that the price in the ground could rise to US$100 …… US$200 ….. US$500.

Our imminent 1M Jorc and likely future 10M, could be worth US$200M to US$1B when the penny drops.

When the price of gold rises, it’s straight on the bottom line for gold producers. If a producer had an AISC of USD1K @ USD2k, the 100% rise of gold to USD4K, leads to a 200% rise in profits.

Why isn’t the price of a resource in the ground geared even higher. A JORC has historically been valued at say USD20-50 in the ground at USD2k. Why hasn’t its value risen exponentially? The cost to go from a JORC into production hasn’t risen more than inflation, so the value in the ground should have risen 500-1000% for the 100% rise in PoG???

Magna - a 3rd party formal JORC of 1M (or there about a 900k - 1.1M is arbitrary) is a tangible asset. Real people don’t get put off by a magic 1M number, for a maiden resource, open in all directions.

This is a tangible USD20M asset, with huge potential (inevitable) to grow.

So ORR would have tangible assets of over USD$25M, plus HUGE growth potential.

The asset value is more than our MCAP. I’d add that to the current speculative MCAP, ie a growth of 150%.

I’d not be surprised to see 0.8p shortly after the announcement.

It seems a given that circa 1M will be announced shortly, in which case I predict 0.75-1p before year end.

If it’s significantly lower (the MRE), we’ve been mislead, so I’d exit, due to lack of faith.
