Ok so on the JV tranches BCM still have a further 30% & 70% of their funding cash yet to invest in further exploration, so the resource will certainly grow, without ORR spending a penny.

Bonus thresholds will also pass, kicking funding needs, way down the line. I don’t believe ORR can negotiate a great long term equity position in Senegal but it can make them

VERY cash rich.

That’s would be a good play, however, today’s news could increase the price high enough to go for a cash raise. I’d like ORR to be able to fund the next stage in Senegal, with diluting its 49%.

It’s got huge potential and their partner has an exploitation license for the adjacent production mine. It’s an extension, so a banker.

Anyway - today’s news is HUGE. There 3 x 40% of Cameroon (I’m splitting N & S Mbe plus Bibemi) plus 49% Senegal puts their tangible assets at US$30M. The intangible growth potential is Massive, so we could be looking at US$100M MCAP when the exploitation license is secured.

It’s the best news at this point, however does your maths take the 40% that ORR own, not 100%.

The Senegal asset is worth approximately the same as the existing MCAP.

ORR can’t fund further development so will either be brought out, diluted for further exploration, or traded for future gold royalties.

IAMGOLD won’t want to dilute ORRs 49% for exploration, as they’ll be potentially growing the value they retain.

Chances are they’ll buy them out fully. Maybe offer future gold royalties. Either could easily equate to US$20-30M
