Yankee - you are out of your depth. The mine is 90% owned by ORR, BCM have an earn in right to up to 50%. They’ve not fully funded the exploration ~ circa 30% & 70% more free exploration. That said, I doubt ORR have the right to suspend the full extent of the earn-in, so if an offer from a third party came in, BCM would be round the table to agree the terms for their future rights. They CAN NOT however drive the structure and force ORR to dilute with them, or sell to them.
A good deal is one that suits all parties. BCM have backed ORR and deserve to share the fruits of- they”ll actually be entitled to 50%, whereas ORR 40%, however, the rest of the CLP is 90% ORRs (everything 10% state ones). ORR can dilute with BCM or another, for the development & production, on Mbe and / Bibeme, to generate cash to independently explore the rest of their CLP licensed areas.
