There are positives and negatives to that. As you say, it has been that way for years, but for me that mostly means the shares are in sticky hands. When they sell shares to the open market, that increases the amount the PI's can access which is what moves the SP.

I wouldn't call them a captive funder, but the fact that they are willing to put their money into the company is not a bad thing. For small tech companies, the SP can get hammered by placings. I see this as a more stable share.

In around 2 weeks we should be free of the government NDA.
I suspect we will hear plenty then, if not before the 14th.

Supply & Demand. We have been making the tests and expanding production. The demand is there - if not from our government, then from others which may mean a higher profit margin.

The only thing I am not certain of is whether suspension will be lifted this month or if it will carry over to Monday.
They are preparing Audited accounts aren't they?
The only issue may be if the auditors have queries and it takes a little longer than initially anticipated.
I am definitely not concerned about the suspension though. It is the anticipation of the figures I need to manage.

Each well will have a storage unit for the gas.
The plant will extract the Helium from the Nitrogen gas and convert to liquid Helium.
Helium gas can be exported - about 7 trucks of Helium gas is the equivalent of 1 truck of Helium liquid.

We need the plant to extract the Helium from the other gasses though, so we can't just transfer the extracted gas to tanks and transport them.

I think if drilling is successful, there will be plenty of companies with experience of gas fields making themselves available to assist us. I'm not letting myself think that far ahead though. We have a potential Helium field with each of the 3 prospects being drilled potentially having a resource equal to approx. 1 year of global use. Lots of potential but we need to get the scanning done, then the drilling.

Still a few weeks before the seismic starts when everything dries out, then they may announce when the scanning starts and when the drill sites have been identified. News from there will vary depending on the drill depth required for each prospect (hopefully shallowest first) but they will also update us on analysis of the Helium content found in the mud extracted if it is positive.

Just got to be patient with this. Aaaargh!!

What do you see as the main risks of investing here and how could that be de-risked?

Suspension - supposedly getting accounts up to date and will be back in a matter of days. These will be pretty poor as they are pre-RTO but can be classed as an admin exercise.

StormHarbour - the issue, distribution and placing of asset-backed securities guaranteed against inventories. Numbers required number of companies, the value secured and how much we get.

These are the current issues for me. Anyone looking for anything else?

I would imagine 0.51 will be the opening price as that is what it was before suspension.
Assuming we relist before next Friday.

The SP will move with news, but not the updated accounts.
If we get notified of the clients and name of the captive bank we will do well.
If we relist in February then the SP will probably move down.

We were supposed to be getting an update by the end of the month. That is basically confirmed in the RNS. If we get the Accounts published along with news of clients etc, coming out of suspension could see some excitement.

I bought back in just before the speeding ticket.
Only thing i'm disappointed in is i didn't get a lower price to buy.

News due in Q1 from IAMGOLD and they are doing further drilling which costs us nothing.
No change there, so the only thing that has changed is trader sentiment - for now. We don't know when the results will be announced, but seems we are on a 10 week countdown. I held here for years, so can wait a few weeks.

I reckon it will hold between 7 - 8.5 for about a month until the scanning starts.
After that it will steadily increase as the drilling gets closer and gets exciting.

Hopefully after the drilling it will move like ORR did. I sold there to put more in here for a few months.
It has gone up over 300%. 6 minutes after I bought back in today and it gets a speeding ticket. lol

I think come April, SP will be between 11 - 14. They are aiming for approx 5Bcf for each of these drills, so any one site getting this makes it a commercially viable resource.

Hah, If I had been a trader I would have been in a flap.
If I had been 7 minutes later in placing my order I would have got a damn good price.
Happy to wait to hear what the results are since we are next door to IAMGOLD's field.

I have been a holder here since before Stratex took over Goldstone.
It's good to see positive movement, but the timing sucks though.
I sold mid November to prop up another investment for a few months. lol

Back in now. Good to see the market finally taking an interest here and hope the LTH's are all back in profit.
It looks to be a favourite with traders now, but all looking positive. So glad we voted against the Thani bid.

Am I correct in saying that the government still the right of first refusal on the tests under the Supply of Goods Contract until 14 February? There isn't a clause to extend this date is there?
