From one of Bird's harshest critics, on here at least, I think your statement couldn't be more out of touch with what's been going on at XTR recently...

As I recall the initial timeline for Manica gold production was the end of 2017? - Anyway, it does appear to be almost online now, no doubt there will be teething issues during the initial commissioning period but meaningful income in Q1 2022 would be great.

Seems from the number of likes that many posters are also against - We've had enough dilution over the years.

Finally got an email back from the AIM regulators regarding Bird and our Nomad.

Unfortunately no details other than they state that they investigate all breaches of AIM rules but are unable to comment as confidentiality is essential in maintaining the integrity of their work.....

Is there anyway we can force Bird to change NOMAD?

If they have a late filling penalty I hope Bird is paying for that out of his own pocket!

This Practice Note summarises the law relating to the steps involved in preparing, identifying recipients and sending a notice of an annual general meeting (AGM). It covers the form and content requirements for notices and statutory minimum notice periods. It is suitable for use by both practitioners and company secretaries in relation to companies with equity shares listed on the Main Market of London Stock Exchange plc (listed companies) and companies with equity shares admitted to AIM (AIM companies).

A public company must call an AGM each year within the period of six months starting on the day after its accounting reference date. Detailed requirements as regards the convening and holding of an AGM are set out in the Companies Act 2006 (CA 2006).

The CA 2006 imposes additional requirements on a public company which is also a traded company or quoted company. This covers listed companies, but not AIM companies.

Shares of Xtract Resources PLC (LON: XTR) are down 50.8% from their March highs, with the latest decline happening after the company released further drill assay results from its Buhsranger Copper-Gold project in New South Wales, Australia.

Investors seemed disappointed to hear that most porphyry-style copper mineralisation contained copper deposits instead of gold. The company said that it would drill more holes to discover the scale of gold deposits at the project.

Some analysts have questioned whether the miner can use open-pit mining to extract the copper and gold found at the site. Depending on the depth at which the copper and gold deposits are located, the company might be forced to use more expensive mining methods.

Xtract Resources confirmed that it would start the second drilling phase in Q3 2021. Its top executives are confident that the Racecourse resource, which is part of Bushranger, could be exploited via open-pit mining.

The firm is focused on defining an accurate estimate of the copper and gold deposits at the Bushranger project with the ultimate goal of defining at least 2 million tonnes of copper to meet the requirements for the project’s buyback by Anglo American.

Xtract Resources has taken a different approach to the project, which mining conglomerate Anglo American previously owned. The ultimate goal is to confirm the extent of the deposits at the site and move the project closer to production.

The mining company has its fair share of detractors who question the resource potential at its various sites, including whether any of its projects will proceed to the production stages.

Remember way back when you made all those promises? I feel you have long forgotten....
