>>many small pi's heard what they wanted to hear and got carried away
hmm, sounds just like bird trying to gaslight shareholders after his bull-**** was finally found out..
if you're behind this bird, it's not doing you any favours before the agm....
"The coming lithium, copper bull market will be ‘frightening’"
“But when the world normalises, the commitments that every government has made, every big business, every car company on net zero and transmission of energy holy hell … the structural bull market coming – in copper, zinc, lithium, cobalt, nickel to a degree, rare earths – is just frightening.”

Would be nice to see a little re-rate but I'm not so sure that will happen in the near term - After all the bluster from Bird RE: BR I think the market has become very wary of him.
I feel it will take a few more RNSs highlighting regular income before this moves.
OFC, I'd be a happy man if we see a re-rate in the short term, I've still had enough of Bird and want out.
Lucky, didn't Bird, if you can believe what he says, state in the last interview that they got the high grade portion up to 1%
Losses were higher though so they may not even ore sort the high grade portion, as I recall he said anything below ~.32 would go through ore sorting..
Quite a good presentation of ore sorting methodology/technology

Only 3yrs old so fairly up to date.
Comon A4444 - I know you want to post about the gold income. You were about spot on! :)
>>The vast majority of shares held are in happy hands today as the value being created here starts to reveal itself.
Really? - I'd say the vast majority of shares are held by PI's are so far underwater, due to "The wonderful opportunity created by the board", that they can't sell....
The forward guidance by the BoD has been nothing short awful to date....
How much you getting paid by the BoD for this OSV?
I was thinking exactly the same Ntmu.
>>Of course the board are not responsible for the share price !
Someone else on here smoking too much then - I've never read such an idiotic comment!
Feck me A4444 - You'll be declaring 3% soon!

this chat group is only for those shg who are not happy with the way the bod is running the company and want to do something about it.
as a4444 has mentioned: "one possible approach would be to communicate to cb of our intentions prior to the agm"
therefore, this chat is intended for sh's to get coordinated and reach some sort of group agreement as a group ahead of the agm.
ideally, as a group, we will have at least 5% although i don't think this will be an issue.
Would any of you be interested in getting a group of us together to discuss where WE, as shareholders, want the company to go and what we want to do about Bird et al?
if there's enough SH interest, say, at least 50m in shares we can actually make ourselves heard.
If there is interest I can maybe set up a skype call before the AGM so we can get organised - Just can't go on like this!
>>He wont change now. He needs to go.
Fully agree, Bird has literally blown 10's of millions through cash calls since he's taken over from JN and what do we shareholders have to show for it? - Nothing.
Now himself and his mates have made plenty!
>>cash costs for Manica will be 800/oz
Didn't Bird say 700 in a recent interview? - More lies!
It's a pretty crappy deal if you think about it, our licence and MMP can ramp up the 'costs' to whatever they like!
The vote does not mean we sack him - it is an official means of letting him know we are not happy though! - Something has to be done, we cannot allow him to keep lying to us!
If you look across the boards at the other companies Bird is involved in it's the same story, zero trust in this man's ability to deliver. - In fact that's the one constant, he's useless at delivering on his forward guidance. IMO nothing he says will have a meaningful impact on the SP, apart from him leaving.
Are there enough large holders here who would support a vote of no confidence?
>>the results of this work are expected in the 3rd quarter of 2023
didn't brid state they were due in april/may? - he's so full of **** it beggars belief...
Well, how many of them has he bought that have come to nothing?? - Despite claiming, several times, his DD is thorough they always seem to come to nowt.
Maybe he's finally learnt.....I doubt it.....
>> Administrative and operating expenses of £3.03m (2021: £3.31m)
This is a bit of a joke though - Maybe drop the massive salaries especially as it seem they are working at about 20%, if that!
>>Manica at 60kg / month. Maximum 65kg. - Not sure where you read Maximum.....
"we are looking at an increase of production and a steady dry season rate of not less than 65kg per month."
