Bidstacks accounting year is from 1st Jan, and I’m only looking at 22 forecast as that’s all that’s available

Share 4 - what ever way you want to string it the Cenkos report specifically states a forecasted revenue figure which is in GBP, a forecasts cost of sales (75%), leaving 25% for bidstack.

You have come out of no where, all punchy, arguing everything.

One my point, you only have to look at the share price to know it isn’t usd30mil straight to bidstack.

Much more knowledgable than all of us here about bidstack.

The rns states a revenue stream. So usd30mil will “flow” through bidstack.
The deal is not usd 30mil to bidstack bottom line.
There’s cost of sales etc to come off of that eg paying publishers

Go and a look at the definition of revenue and then come back and tell me if you still think this usd 30mil in bidstacks back pocket.

If the publisher doesn’t like the IGAs performance the IGA will be binned and then the publisher will move to the next IGA. Bit like what happened with real cricket.

1 - Get the 2021 year end financials our, with report/forecast for 2022.

2 - full disclosure of mysterious AAA publisher. Transparency key here. Drapers not very good at that though
