Hallowed - to be fair I don’t know why people are still saying bidstack don’t need to raise funds.

Bidstack have said in their report that they need to fund raise. Why would they make this statement if they don’t need to.

“Over the coming months the arrangements with Azerion will be implemented and rolled out”

Azerion “deal” not even started despite commencing 1st March, and AAA publisher still a secret.

Longer it drags out, more chance funds needed sooner rather than later.

I bet fund raise and dilution comes before AAA publisher is announced

There is definitely a lot going on in this market space, and in general I do like what bidstack do.
There is some good staff at the company like yas and Lewis Sherlock. Can the fortunes be turned around?
Just not sure when draper and FP take the **** like they have done.
Surely staff will be looking at that and thinking how the F can they have 100% pay rise when we aren’t even making enough money to cover costs.

What money are bidstack going to have in the account come end September.

Not a lot.
They will be running on fumes with out a fund raise and won’t be able to pay their outrageous pay rises.

Even if half year revenue is £2mi, at 30% margin it wouldn’t even cover one months expenses.

2nd September 2021 Cenkos forecast £4mil

They only revised to £2.7mil after broker note I December so that is a completely false statement that revenue in line with expectations.

They missed targets. Can’t keep moving the forecast figures. So even the broker misleading here. FFs

First sentence of Cenkos report:
“Bidstack FY21 results showed revenue in line with forecasts at £2.6m”

That is an out right lie.

Cenkos forecast £4mil (after reducing from £9m)

Funny how the report has gone down like a lead ballon despite some people like malaika and bottomz saying it’s not important and backwards looking.

At the end of the day you have the rose tinted here, banging on about how great bidstack is but then you have the market that has now dropped the bid below 3p.

Fluff, 100% pay rise for draper and Fran, significantly second half weighted BS, no AAA announcement and a fund raise to come.

For the record I do not like TW just wanted to listen to what he has to say

True invest - doubling of JDs and FPs salary, significantly second half weighted (again), Opex up and brands still questioning IGA (FP and Yas comments not mine).
Plenty to be mindful of here before becoming bullish.

Also to note Tom Winnifrith (I am no way involved with him before any one accuses but I am prepared to listen to what’s said) was spot on the other week about auditors questioning the way revenue has been recorded. Read the report specifically states auditors questioned methodology
