What I have quoted above would be down the boards and the NEDs! It’s got Naff all to do with advisory board.

You think the services of an advisory board are to say to a company, make sure you issues profit warning/trading up date!! Of course it’s not.

It’s to gain valuable insights into markets that an inexperienced company, and this case inexperienced ceo, do not have.
Also, of course, you use the advisory boards vast contacts to help them on the road where possible.

The fact an individual has the qualities to be on the advisory board means their reputations are not on the line.

Why you would spend so much time on the board if you though share was to fail, or you lost all hope in the share, is beyond me. That said I know helx was in all last year and I suspect his position is similar to mine ie significant loss position that rather hold than crystallise.

To be clear though, I still hold out hope for bids.

If bids are not on track, within a 10% margins I’m led to believe, we’ll get a trading up date like last year.

It will read “we’ve mislead you all again to believe revenues are on track, but again with fooked it again. Culled a few staff because of it, scapegoats if you like, but next year all will be on track. Second half weighted mind you!! Sorry for decimating the Share price again just before Xmas!
