SPD sold a further 3m shares in JD Sports last week just before the year end. That's about £38M worth and there has to be significant profit involved there. Whilst it won't affect the EBITDA as DiscoD says, I was wondering if it was done to absorb the losses on the Rangers debacle which must have crystallised following the final court judgements last week.
