Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Over the last hour of trading there were blocks of 17, 592, 17,692 and 18,076 shares being repeatedly bought and then sold. About £1700 a trade. This hokey-cokey presumably keeps the SP in a fairly narrow band for who's purpose?
Only a minor point but I notice that both of the last RNSs regarding share purchases begin with the line 'SolGold plc (LSE & TSX: SOLG) has received notification on xxxxx' (the day prior to the release of the relevant RNS) yet didn't release the RNS to LSE until the TSX was open and in the last instance, after LSE closed.
Kind to the Canucks, trying to hide from opprobrium or trying to be even handed?
Does anybody really know what time it is, does anybody really care?

I have trouble finding accurate (truthful) statistics showing a breakdown of tax paying v benefits claiming immigrants over recent years. Such information would be useful when discussing the pros/cons of Border Policy.
Oh dear! Will the 'useful idiots' pick up on this and try to talk the SP down?
You bet!

Hi DBW. I'm going back a fair bit and as such would find the task of finding proof daunting, but back when NM was running the show he often mentioned Mitsubishi (extensive smelting interests) as being interested in the mix of metals (copper, gold, silver, molybdenum etc) within the Cascabel project.
Per RNS today concerning BMA (BHP and Mitsubishi Alliance - each holding a 50% interest) -
'BHP and Mitsubishi Development Pty Ltd (MDP) have completed the divestment of the Blackwater and Daunia mines to Whitehaven Coal.
Daunia and Blackwater were part of the BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) metallurgical coal joint venture in Queensland. Each of BHP and MDP hold a 50% interest in BMA.
Whitehaven Coal has paid BMA US$2.0 billion cash consideration on completion plus a preliminary completion adjustment of US$44.1 million for working capital and other agreed adjustments (100% interest basis). Whitehaven Coal paid a US$100 million deposit on signing of the Asset Sale Agreement on 18 October 2023.
US$1.1 billion cash remains payable by Whitehaven Coal to BMA over 3 years after completion and a potential additional amount of up to US$900 million in a price-linked earnout may also be payable by Whitehaven Coal to BMA over 3 years (100% interest basis). The price-linked earnout is subject to a cap of US$350 million each year and depends on average realised pricing exceeding agreed thresholds for each of the 3 years following completion on 2 April 20241.
The total cash consideration for the transaction will be up to US$4.1 billion plus the final completion adjustment amount.

Now where have I heard Mitsubishi mentioned before?
Add - I binned NAL yonks ago as I saw him as an annoying waste of space. I had the impression that he gets his (few) kicks from winding people up and it appears he's living rent free in your head. Do yourself a favour bonny lad and kick him out.
Found myself upticking one of kat's posts earlier today. Wasn't sure if she'd left her phone logged on here and her house slave had posted something in kat's name or if kat had seen the error of her ways and elected to rejoin the human race.
Must have been the house slave!
June 6th! Why that's D-Day (80th anniversary this year) and one of the 5 Beaches - GOLD - was taken by the British. All we need now is for Miss Sprinkles to turn up and cast some of her magic dust upon us and we're off to Berlin. Now then - nurse! Where are my pills?
(Sorry. It's Friday, our journey is getting exciting and like Biden, I can't contain myself!)
Tibbles (copy and paste) post of today 16:15 was an article published in February 2023. It purports that 'The group’s leader, Yevgeny Prigozhin, has increasingly become more vocal in the public sphere about Wagner’s fighting prowess in Ukraine and purportedly has Russian President Vladimir Putin’s support.'
However, on 23 June 2023, Mr Prigozhin launched a rebellion against the Russian military leadership. Wagner forces captured Rostov-on-Don and advanced toward Moscow. The rebellion was called off the following day, and the criminal charges against Mr Prigozhin were dropped after he agreed to relocate his forces to Belarus. On 23 August 2023, exactly two months after the rebellion, Mr Prigozhin was killed along with nine other people when a business jet crashed in Tver Oblast, north of Moscow. The Wall Street Journal cited sources within the US government as saying that the crash was likely caused by a bomb on board or "some other form of sabotage". Since then, researchers and other analysts have reached the conclusion that an on-board bomb or explosive likely downed the plane.
Drjames17 - ignore him, he's a wa**er. He's a copy and paste specialist from the same feeds, mainly the Guardian, the BBC and that 'tiny url' thing. He can't evolve views of his own but believes the views on those sites are cast in stone. He will post endlessly about his own political views - anti Brexit, hates Tories, hates Trump etc, but then again I think he spent some time in the searing heat of local government. He justified using this BB as his personal platform recently by declaring that it was an unwritten rule to use it to post one's views if there wasn't much to discuss Centaminwise, then attacked someone for attempting to be (as he saw it) the official moderator for the board. He seems to believe that to justify them, he must comment (patronisingly) on other's posts yet he objects to anyone else moving in on his space. He did tell us about Kees Decker all those years ago, and every month since, and regularly tells us how Maguire predicts a substantial rise in the POG but never when. We don't however hear insights from 'the man on the train' anymore. Don't know if it's because the man takes a different train to avoid him or if it was just his own reflection and he's become a vampire and that's gone as well!
