Sounds like the BMW MINI plant at Oxford to me, most of them will be low level assemblers not highly qualified technical staff, as all they will be doing is big boy's Meccano, bolting things together and plugging cables in, then the existing technical staff take over to check the systems and factory test lol

2 cost to build each unit including manpower and materials

3 clawbacks,nice to think that we could build these with 100% no fault return ie field tecs

this must be at least a 2 year plan even then 41.5 units a month will be pushing it, hope it works though
