Don’t disagree,but most of the construction agents are looking in to there next project to bid,so say that job in Manchester starts in 3 months the tender would of already been in,so before this snowball starts it could be 6 months before the 1 st order,BUT whence tendering they will put the emmisions Calculations in and that is what will win the order,this is because the Councils/boroughs have to take clean air solutions into effect
