Critical year for ATM for sure and I don’t know which way the coin will fall in fairness .

We took the advance from our our buyer too, seemed to be a good inflow of money , so assumed that this would not be needed.

But my rough workings out are we are making $1m a month for the last 4 months , so I’m unsure Julys CLN can be covered.

Ok I’m proper annoyed think about this year in respect of shareholders.

Feb, ACAM subscribe - new shares

March. warrant changed lower price now end date -more shore in the future .

Apr, new subscription -10% more shares .

Considering the enviroment we are working in highly bullish tin , each month has seen new shares or reduced warrants , you can’t keep playing the same move .

July , CLN - more shares ?

Ok , so in July is that CLN gets converted to more shares …

This money specifically sounds like it’s going on UiS acceleration , which we have a fairly poor record on delivering .

I have on many times said getting to 1800 Tons output is critical to lower the aweful royalty .

This 10% dilution needs to have serious and rapid impact on the UiS operation to justify it . Julys CLN need to be covered without dilution.

Not the RNS anyone wanted , the market might just accept this , but a history of dilution is a massive red flag to iis , we have just kicked our ii in the balls.

But this is a massive significant dilultion , I can’t find anything positive to add to this , it must have happened because there is either not enough cash generation at UiS and he doesn’t see a change there.

Very disappointing , after lowering their warrants to 5p a few months ago , now this .

@HarChris , yea pleased with the lithium price , SQM SP is ripping !

Not sure how I feel about selling off LR if a offer comes in , despite ATMs slow development history , I kinda feel that the route to becoming a mid teir or at least our the JM area lays in multiple assets , multi metallic and ideally multi country .

I guess if SQM does become intrested in our 50% of LR it would at least attract a price tag of a couple of hundred.

I’d rather we held on and developed it with them , longer term income .

I doubt many investors here would be disappointed to see ATM become cash generative on the back of SQM lithium at LR .

I am concerned that SQM may get it off us totally , at what would be a poor price due to our BODs lack of business acumen .

Yes great prices on Tin , looking forward to that 20T monthly hedge ending next month and adding another $300,000 pm to balance sheet .

I wouldn’t worry too much , very generative and unlike some miners at this level of MC the bod seem to under play not over play their expansion activity. For me it makes them trustworthy , future regional miner , LTH!

The L1 trading data on LSE seems to be well off today , supposedly 4 million buys , against 50,000 sells can’t be right , or the SP would be booming .

@HarChris it is insane , was worried that these prices would be fragile in the current global conflict setting , but they have remained robust.

And by luck not progression we find ourselves generating money.

Looking forward to some solid numbers showing how profitable UiS and the wider group has become.

Also we need the BOD not to get complacent here , those target numbers for tin 1800-2000 T need to be keeping them awake at night , the royalty has in effect doubled with the doubling of Tin , we must get that down with higher output numbers.

What is truely insane , is that these metals have doubled , tripled and our SP is up 30% YTD.

We need results that we can market , JORCs or at least indicatives that allow BW and LR to be afforded a realistic asset value , we know they are worth more each than the whole ATM MC , we need to prove it.

Great to have some early updates on BW , read a lot on this feed about poor company communication , hopefully this is a sign of some improvement in that area.

As to the results it’s hard for me to understand how posative they are , feed grades look fairly unspectacular , but post sorting they are very impressive . If these are waste piles , that could be indicative of very good contained resource , but we need drilling to prove that.

Pleased with the news, was expecting LR update is AV going to spoil us with 2. RNS in a week , I don’t know if my bladder can take that!

Fair point on tin hedge ! I keep waiting on big news and forget that actually we will make steady progress and improvements to the situation too like the hedge dropping away.

Clearly LR is really exciting , but in essence we’ve already sold half of it ! So we ain’t talking the same type of numbers here , but I favour a earlier comment , sell off our 50% stake for a 100/200M. Sort out our finance , progress BW buyout Goantag .

Think we all feared Tin would crash as fuel drove our AISC higher good to see tin at very profitable levels.

Ladies gents , did anyone run the numbers back in June 2025 on the 3rd party pre agreement ?

Don’t think it came with a contained tin estimate , so after working that potential upside up.

Agreement said 20k per month pre at 1.5% (I’m suspect about the grade being that good ) so happy to work it out at 1% !

Plus 20k per month UiS ore mix .

Should give us average grade of circa 0.55-0.6%

Recovery rate 70% ?

I think it’s 170 ton per month increase anyone ran better numbers than this ? Seems crazy high when I say it out loud !

Shocking on the forecast front ! I’m hoping it’s because AV doesn’t want to forecast based on 3rd party ore and that not to come online , i guess we assume it’s the same as the June 25 forecast , if it does online.

What would have been useful if a simple explanation of the current set up , what tonnage of concentrate can be expected if no change in equipment or feed this FY.

I’m guessing here , on feed grade increase alone .

Circa 1200 seems reasonable . Which does get us back to slightly reducing royalties. It should have us building operating capital through the year , but it ain’t treating territory either !
