But also what a disconnect when a 9% or lower royalty trades for 32.5M USD and the whole company MC is £77 million IMO it means one of two things :

The royalty was just sold over priced, or our MC is massively underpriced, both could be true at the same time.

Thanks for that link, but as you can see the fact that royalty just traded for $32.5M goes to show how much of a poor deal it was for us , and what a lucrative percentage that is getting skimmed of ATMs earnings.

9% royalty at $30k a ton was painful at $50K a ton its hobbling us, costing near 5M USD PA its limiting the company's growth and cap ex potential.

The reason why production numbers are so key is that awful but necessary Orion royalty we got ourselves, any production under 1000TPA is a massive drain on the company profits , 1000-1600 slightly more reasonable, with 1600+ TPA being where it becomes less burdensome.

Orion right now is the millstone around the neck of the company , and the cost of that royalty is a real drag on progress, we simply need 1600 TPA to trim the per ton royalty, that production figure needs to be single mindedly keeping the BOD awake at night . Once put to bed , combined with the poor hedge our achieved price per ton will leap up!

Let’s be honest , the RNS we really need is the completion of some plant infra , along side new production estimates going forward. Jig , sorters and ore supply from up north.

These are the things that will lead to a revalueation

And remove the concerns the market has about the debt coverage .

Until then I expect us to stay in the 4-5p range .

But that news has to come eventually and hopefully soon !

I’ve read that years report , but it doesn’t state this discount , just payment and delivery methods.

I think my point here is what is this sliding scale discount for £3m .

Food for cash flow , food for the ability to progress UiS , but I want to know the cost of this deal, it’s not free money , it’s a purchase of future discount , for us to know how good this is for the company we need to understand the discounted rate.

On a complete posative , least we know that the 35k PT hedge ends in 2 months . Which up lift sales revenue by circa 2-3 million USD per annum .

Until we know the detail on what discounted percentage we are selling the concentrate to them at , it’s hard to judge how good this is few points :

1. The exclusivity seems to have no end date. , but can be exited at any point for 3M on the anniversary after 2 years.

2. With current tin sales expected to be north of $50M this year and rising in following years , anything more than a 5% discount would seem like a poor deal , anything under 3% discount would imo be a great deal .

Hopefully this money is used to speed up UiS production and drive the AISC down , or as it doesn’t have any intrested attached , pay off some less favourable debt.

Let’s see this discount rate before we know how good this is.

However , I really do think AV is starting to perform he and his team see to be getting about build relationships and make little deals that are slowly transforming the company .

It’s interesting , but I’m guessing a costly expansion to bring online . I’ve not deep dived into the numbers on this yet . To look at the cost of lithium recovery V the additional value extracted from each ton of current through out . Something il look into when it becomes more substantive.

Early days on this , but worth tracking. Hopefully we can get our Tin production up and AISC lower , and fund the lithium circuit organically without the need for external partnerships or horrible finance deals that lead to dilution .

Just thinking both our production quantity , and sales prices for Q4 should look very different to earlier periods , and 3 projects coming to fruition that will increase the quality and quantity of the throughput , why I’m adding , but as a PI I’ve likely reached my limit of exposure here , I think my buys nudged the needle on the SP slightly today which was fun :but only solid results and the onboarding of more IIs will really move it , HL have a respectable holding in ATM , I’d like to think they might add once we progress our tin operation a little this year.

Declares 19th of March , with expectations on very strong earnings , would suspect to see a uplift in that dividends payment. Unless of course an aquisisation is in the pipeline .

The Jig plant is certainly a point of contention !

Certainly the business looks very different with it up and running, if it is running some through-put then it’s a bonus . At 90 tons a month current production we should still me making money , I’d be intrested to see what production numbers will be with the new jig plant , if it’s partially running we should get some indication in the next set of numbers.

Exciting times

Think it’s great news on a grant , with seemingly no obligations attached. Honestly I feel that is massive news .

Firstly AV is making progress on multiple fronts , generally the feeling is becoming he’s starting to deliver.

Secondly it’s money the company doesn’t have to either spend or finance from loans or dilutions later .

Finally , EiB this is yet again another institution sitting up and taking notice , another small vote of confidence that AMT is worth taking notice of.

Profitable production at UiS (with up scaling due/overdue)

All for a MC of £71m as I type , seems so cheap , it’s frustrating , but ultimately the SP doesn’t matter in the short term . This company will grow , it will become multi site , poly metallic and significantly profitable and once AV has done the above the SP will reflect that.

2026 is sit back and enjoy the RNS , and progress the company is making .

I’m in agreement with you , anything above 12k copper and the Amount of money the company will be making , the SP has to hit around £3 or we will have a ridiculously low PE .
